Press the ball lightly and roll into thin chapati.Cut small square pieces for Dhhokalis.Add these dhhokalis to boiling Dal.Add 1 tsp oil to avoid sticking of dhhokalis.stirr occasionally.In this way add dhhokalis of 3 chapattis.Let it Cook on low flame.Keep stirring till cooked.If require add 1 Cup water.When dhhokalis are cooked properly,add tamarind pulp and jaggery.stirr well till Jaggery melts.Temper Dal Dhhokali with 2 tsp oil,mustard seeds,Cumin seeds,hing,cloves and Cinnamon sticks.
  4. Cook for 1 min and dal Dhhokali is ready to Serve.Serve dal Dhhokali hot.For batter taste add 1 tsp Ghee.
