- Boil milk with condensed as it boils remove from flame
- Add beaten egg yolk and whisk, should not cook but blend in well
- Keep on flame and boil once, while whisking
- Remove from flame add gelatine mixture and whisk
- Remove mixture in two bowls keep equal portion in the pot
- Now you have three equal portion of pudding mixture
- In the pot put grated chocolate and cocoa and boil till chocolate melted
- Pour the chocolate mixture in pudding bowls or dessert glasses
- Let it cool a bit then freeze for ten seconds
- In one portion of mixture add vanilla essence and mix well
- In other portion add chopped strawberries, colour and essence, stir in well
