- In a large mixing bowl take all aata and mix well. Add salt and pepper in it and mix well. Gradually add water and knead a dough. It should be like roti dough. Take 2 tsp ghee in your hands and knead dough again. Keep aside.
- In a mixing bowl take boiled and peeled potatoes. Mash them completely. Add aĺl stuffing masala in it and mix well.
- Now take a medium sized balls of dough and flatten it by fingers. Place some stuffing in center and gently make a ball.
- Press it with palms and flatten a little by using fingers and palms. Dust it with flour and place it on rolling board. Flatten a little and place it on heated tawa.
- Fry until golden spots appears on both sides. Serve hot with green chutney and cucumber raita.
