- In a bowl take both atta and salt mix it well and bind dough as we do for roti.. Cover it for 10 minutes1. Take chopped onion and mash potato add salt jeera powder, red chilli powder and garam masala mix it well1. Knead dough with ghee and divide it equally into medium size.. Roll it big apply ghee on it and add one teaspoon of mixture onto it.. cut it from one side and roll it as shown in picture and make a flower shape.. Upside down press it down and roll it again and make paratha
- In a hot pan apply ghee and cook paratha both sides till golden brown.. serve it hot..
