- Get 700 g Peach, chop
- Prepare 2 C Sugar
- Make ready 2 tsp Pectin
- Take 1 tbsp Lemon juice

- Keep stirring until the mixture becomes soft and combined and thickens as the water content boils off. Turn off the heat.
- Prepare a jar : boil a jar and lid in the water bath to clean and sterilize the jar before use.
- Pour the jam into the jar until it is about 1/4" from the top and screw the lid on securely. Done.
