Steps to make Bottlegourd-Mint Paratha:
- In mixer jar add mint leaves, green chillies ginger pieces and grind to paste. Add this mint paste in mixing bowl,also add grated bottlegourd wheat flour,maida, oil, turmeric powder, cummin seeds and salt. Mix well. Add little - little milk to make paratha dough.
- Knead and make equal size flatten balls. Roll each into 5"-6" round parathas with dry wheat flour.
- Roast on hot griddle on both sides with oil. Similarly prepare all bottlegourd- mint parathas.
- Serve/Relish Hot Delicious Bottlegourd-Mint Parathas with pickle or curry (Kadhi).
