- Make ready 1 bowl saibhaji (palak Sabzi)
- Make ready 2 bowls wheat Atta
- Get 2 big spoon chaval(Rice) flour

- Prepare 2 green chillies, coriander leaves and kasuri methi (1tsp)
- Get as per taste All Spices including Salt

- Prepare 5tbsp Amul butter
- Get 2 tbsp Malai,
- Prepare 1tbs mix herbs,
Steps to make Palak Paratha:
- In a big vessel/thal put Saibhaji (leftover palak ki Sabzi), chopped Onions, chopped green chillies, coriander leaves, kasuri methi,add all three Atta's(wheat flour, Rice flour and besan)
- Then put all Spices add Salt,3tbsp Oil/ 1 tbsp butter,make dough and keep it cover for few minutes.Make medium size paratha from Dough and put Oil ya butter,till it's done and serve hot with Curd ya Mayonnaise, sauce
- For Mayonise; in a bowl put butter, Malai,add mix herbs(red chilli flakes, oregano and pepper powder),beat all ingredients with a big spoon till it's soft
- Lastly serve Paratha with Curd, roasted papad and Mayonise (homemade) and yummy it taste
