- Once the sauce is thickened, drain the cooked pasta and add to the sauce. Stir well so that the pasta is fully coated and serve in hot pasta bowls. Eat whilst hot and lovely!
Add reserved pasta water, orange juice, half of zest, and cream; bring to a boil. Drain the pasta and return to the pan. Toss the orange cream sauce into the pasta and mix well. Place the pasta in your favorite pasta serving bowls, add the shrimp and scallops on top and then sprinkle on those beautiful orange slices. You've got a beautiful shrimp scallops and pasta meal that will WOW your crowd.
