  5. When done switch off the flame and keep aside and let it cool. Add roasted rice flour half cup and sesame seeds and mix well. If needed add more. Here total I have used 3/4 cup rice flour. If it binds properly you can stop adding rice flour.
  6. Grease both hands and take a ball and roll it between palms to form even surface. Flatten the ball and stuff the coconut filling.
  7. Close and seal the ball properly with no cracks and shape like modak. Similarly make all.
  8. Heat the steamer and oil the vessel and place the kozhukatta inside. Steam for 20- 25 mins. once cooled serve.
