- Take a bowl. Add flour, cumin seeds, salt, oil and water. Knead well. Rest the dough for 10 minutes.
- Take a small bowl and add all the spices.
- Take ball sized dough, dust flour on chakla and roll it. Make sure that roti should be big enough. Now spead the masala prepared and put some oil. Fold the roti upside down as shown. Once it is folded, give it a circular shape, dust the flour and roll it.
- Now on preheated tawa, cook it on one side. Flip to the other side and apply butter. Sauté properly.
- Take it on the plate and garnish with lots of cheese. Spread some ketchup. Enjoy this beautiful monsoon with this mouth watering parathas.
