- Take a dough ball, roll and as flatten as it's possible. Mix flour with half cup ghee or oil and make a paste. Spread the paste all over on the flatten roti then fold it in round paratha shape.
- Heat up oil, oil should be on medium to high. Then fry the pori Paratha till light golden from both sides.
- When it's got light golden Colour let it out from the oil on tissue or kitchen paper.
- Make all Parathas by this way. Tasty pori Paratha is serve with any type of dish. It's heat specially with bar b q.
