- Transfer the mixture (from Step 2) into a zip lock bag, add the water to the mixer and give it a whirl. Make sure any remaining bits of pear are also poured into the bag.
- Chill in freezer for about 2 hours. After an hour or so, take out the bag and work it a little to break up the chunks.
