- Take a pan add 2 cups of water, let it boil,add spinach leaves for 30 seconds and after 30 seconds remove it from the hot water,put it 5 minutes in ice cold water,so that it's green colour remains. after blanching now put it in mixture griender make a smooth paste.
- Take a pan add ghee,let it hot, add spinach puree,roast it very well.
- Now add coconut mix it,add milk powder & sugar add cardamom powder,mix it.
- Add condensed milk and mix it.
- Add sugar cook it 1 miniute.
- Now mix add things very well add rabdi in this mixture.rlRabdi is prepared with milk.Boil the milk when it gets thick like some pouring consistency remove it from the flame.It is ready to eat,we can add some sugar & cardamom powder.Here we made simple rabdi, because it will be mixed in the spinich puree sugar is already mix that mixture.Add some dry fruits.
- Mix prepared spinach mixture very well in the rabdi.When it gets ready keep it aside.
- For peanuts, dry fruits & chocolate balls take a bowl add white chocolate. Melt & let it thickned,mix peanuts & dry fruis mix it well.Roll it with the help of palm,press it spread some rabdi in it, round it again.Roll it on the crushed peanuts again.Keep it in the fridge for 10 minutes.
- After 15 miniutes balls will be set.
- Now take prepared tarts which we made before fill rabdi in it, garnish it with dry fruits & put chocolate balls in it.
- Now spinich rabdi is ready to serve.Really it is a amazing dish.Every one love it as the taste is awesome.
