- Take a blender.Add peanuts in jar and blend it to make a smooth powder. Transfer it in bowl. After that add til in jar and blend it to make smooth powder.Transfer it in bowl.Keep aside.
- Take pre heated pan and add little oil.When oil is hot,add hing,garlic,green chilli, and saute well.Add coconut powder and fry till they get slightly browned.Switch off the flame.
- Add chilli powder,garam masala and mix it well. Let it get cool and then add peanuts and til - powder and mix it well.Add salt and mix it. Peanut and til chutney is ready.
- NOTE……Take a pan. Add raw peanuts…roast it for 2-3 minutes on medium flame …transfer it in bowl. - After that add til,roast it for 2-3 minutes on medium flame…transfer it in bowl.
