  3. Add water and let it boil. After water starts boiling, add rice. Mix it and add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and dhaniya powder and let it cook.
  4. After rice is cooked properly, switched off the flame and sprinkle some fresh coriander on top. While serving, topped it with masala peanuts. Your tomato rice with masala peanuts is ready to serve.
