Before grinding PEANUTS, keep in freezer for an hour.Take out and put it in a blender jar in a batch of small quantity.Grind it in pulse.Do not grind continuously bcoz in doing so,it extracts oil.Now strain the powder.In a pan take sugar.Add 1/2 Cup water and Heat till it dissolves and forms sugar syrup of one string consistency.
  2. Off the flame.Add peanut powder to sugar syrup mix well.Also add milk powder and mix.Niw on low flame Cook well by stirring constantly.Add Ghee and cardamom powder.Mix it.When the mixture thickens and leaves the pan, off the flame.Take out the mixture in a bowl.Allow it to cool for 10 Min.
  3. Now mash it nicely to make it more soft.Transfer the mixture in a greased plate or mould.spread it evenly.Press it all over.Sprinkle Almonds and pistachio slices on it.press gently.let it set.cut into desired pieces.
