  1. Take a mixing bowl add gram flour, carom seeds, Cumin seeds, turmeric, green chilli crushed, ginger-garlic paste, Chana masala, salt and mix well. - Add peanuts and required water mix well till the peanuts are coated well with besan.
  2. Deep fry in hot oil stir occasionally and fry on low to medium flame. Sprinkle chaat masala and mix well. Masala Peanuts r ready let it cool down and store in an airtight container for a month.

Give it all a good mix. Add little water and rice flour and ensure that the peanuts are coated well with the masala. Fry the peanuts in small quantities and separate them while frying using the frying spoon. Soak the excess oil and transfer these fried peanuts to a plate. Sprinkle chaat masala and mix it lightly.
