- Now cut the dough into 16 pieces. Flatten the dough pieces with the help of a roller and make a round shape.
- Now brush the piri piri mix butter over the flattened dough. Add 1 tsp of cheese mixture and half fold the bread and make a flower petal as shown in the picture.
- Make all the petals. Now place all the petals on a baking tray like a flower and cover the flower for 20-25 minutes.
- Now pre heat the tandoor or oven for 5 minutes. Now brush the piri piri butter and sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes on the top of the bread.Place the baking tray inside. And bake for 15-17 minutes in tandoor or bake in an oven at 170℃ for 25 -30 minutes.
- After baking take the bread out of the tandoor and let it cool for 5-10 minutes. Now, garnish with butter and sprinkle oregano.
