The ingredients needed to make My Peri-Peri Prawns:
- Take 800 g prawns
- Take 1/4 cup peri-peri sauce
- Prepare Bunch fresh parsley
- Get 1 small lemon
- Get 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Take Salt
- Get Pepper
- Take 2 Tablespoons Olive oil
It provides you an awesome taste of Sea Food Recipes. Remove from heat and keep warm. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towel. Prawns: Remove heads, but leave shells intact.
Instructions to make My Peri-Peri Prawns:
- Clean and devein the prawns.
- In a mixing bowl, mix prawns, fresh parsley, chopped garlic and juice of half a lemon. Season with salt and pepper.
- Heal olive oil in pan. Add prawns and sautรฉ until prawns are pink almost all the way through.
- Add peri peri sauce to pan and cook another 2-3 minutes. Cut a prawn through the centre to see if it is opaque all the way through, otherwise cook another minute or two. Cooking times vary according to the size of the prawns. Squeeze over the juice of the remaining half of the lemon and season to taste. Serve with basmati rice and a fresh salad. Delicious ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ
Make a shallow slit down the back of each prawn, and remove vein if desired. I had ordered peri peri prawns, butter naan and cheese balls. When I got back to my hotel, the packaging was still hot, however the food was lukewarm. I did not like the cheese balls at all - I am not a fan of the cheese they use here in Goa. I know it's a general observation but I've noticed this cheese.
