You can have harissa paneer with sauté veggies on its own or you can. Once tender, peel and allow to cool. Cut into rough dices and place in a blender. Add the Water for grinding and blitz to a smooth puree.
Instructions to make Peri Peri Sesame Paneer:
- Cut the paneer into big sizes (as you like).
- Mix Peri Peri sauce, oregano, chilli flakes, salt, chilli powder, oil together in a bowl.
- Deep the paneer in the sauce and then roll them on the sesame seeds. Keep them aside for 5 minutes.
- Heat a grill pan with oil and put the paneer pieces in it.
- When one side cook perfectly Then flip the other side. Cook them till all the water will remove from the paneer and it becomes change it's colour.
- Now in this process grill the veggies also. Now your Peri Peri Sesame paneer is ready to serve. Serve hot with any chutney.
