  4. Keep one kadhai on flame add 1 tablespoon oil and 2 tablespoon butter let it heat for a minute now add cumin seeds and chopped julienne onion saute till onion turns pink now add prepared peri peri sauce, sugar and 1/4 cup water let it cook till water evaporates.
  5. Now add cooked rice little by little at a time and mix well adjust salt if required cover the pan and cook for 5 minute. Sprinkle coriander and add 2 tablespoons butter on top. Hot peri peri rice is ready to serve.
