  9. Get 1 cup packed Brown Sugar
  10. Prepare 2/3 cup Vinegar
  11. Get 2 tablespoons low sodium Soy Sauce
  12. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  13. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon Ground Ginger
  14. Take 1 teaspoon All Spice
  15. Get 1/2 teaspoon Curry Powder
  16. Make ready 1/4 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
  17. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric

These Asian inspired meatballs are out of this world! Made with ground turkey, ginger, scallions, cilantro and sesame oil with a tangy sesame-lime dipping sauce.   4. Add reserve pineapple juice, vinegar, and soy sauce to the brown sugar and corn starch stirring constantly until combined. Bring the sauce to a boil stirring frequently as it thickens. Add your choice of spices and boil for 1 minute.
  5. Add spices of your choice, green chilies, and black beans to your brown rice quinoa mixture.
  6. Add 1 bag frozen cauliflower (or other veggies) to the sauce. Simmer until heated through.
  7. Depending on time and preference, heat 16 meatballs in the microwave or in the sauce.
  8. Add diced pineapple to the sauce with the veggies and meatballs.
  9. Enjoy!

Serve the meatballs with rice and steamed broccoli, green beans, or carrots. Paired them with lime cilantro sweet potato wedges and spinach with lime cilantro dressing.
