  3. Fold over pastry. Wet ends of pastry with a little water and pinch ends closed with a fork.
  4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 with the second piece of pastry.
  5. Brush top and sides of pastry with beaten egg.
  6. Place in 375 degree Celsius oven for 30 min.
