  6. Cook till slightly brown (should see the paratha swelling; water in the dough is evaporating!) and then flip. Cook the other side and flip again.
  7. Turn the heat to low and add some oil/ghee to the sides. Cook for a few seconds. Flip and cook the other side. Paratha is ready!
