  1. Take rice and split pigeon pea.make coarse flour of it in mixer jar.
  2. Ta take a broad pan add 4.5 cups of water. Add salt curd turmeric asafoetida soda bicarb Ginger chilli garlic paste and mix well. Add 5 tablespoon oil and bring to boil. Boil for another 15 minutes.
  3. Check coarsely ground flour add boiled pigeon pea and chopped coriander. Mix well and add this mixture into boiling water. Mix well to form lump free mixture.. cover the mixture with lid and cook for another 5 minutes on slow flame.
  4. Take off the mixture from gas. Apply oil on hands. Make laddu dhoklis as shown in picture
  5. Put this dhoklis into steamer and steam for 20 minutes.
  6. Relish this dhoklis with kacha oil or fry like Dhoklas.
  7. Take a tempering pan heat oil add in mustard and cumin seeds add in dry red chilli and curry leaves. Now add chopped Dhoklis and stir fry. Sir hot with ginger tea.
