Instructions to make Green Tur Amati:
  1. Keep a pan on medium flame, add 1/2 tbs oil. Add pigeon peas and garlic pods and chopped green chilies, fry for 10 minutes on low flame. Add dry coconut powder, cook till turns golden brown.
  2. Take a grinder and grind this to coarse paste and keep ready for amti.
  3. Now keep kadhai on medium flame add oil, put mustard and jeera seeds, let it cracker, add ginger garlic paste,chopped onion, tomatoes and mix well and cook till oil starts leaving pan. Add all dry spices and cook for 1 min.
  4. Add coarse paste of green tur and mix with spices for 1 min. Now add boiled water as per consistency required. This Amti dont make thick.you can enjoy drinking as a soup.
  5. Amti is ready to eat with hot rice or jwar Bhakari.
